Information on the use of personal data and your rights – Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 (G.D.P.R.)

Purpose of processing
The personal data you provide (Art. 24 lett.a), b), c) Privacy Code and Art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR) to the Controller will be used:
- for the management, execution, and completion of the various services and activities of the Controller; to allow you to use the “Online Store” on our page www.piratamodels.it
- for the management, execution, and completion of orders; to respond to any of your requests;
- for organizational, informational, administrative, fiscal, and/or technical communications;
- to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual, and tax obligations arising from existing relationships with you; to comply with obligations imposed by law, regulation, EU legislation, or an Authority’s order; to exercise the rights of the Controller, such as the right of defense in court.
Processing methods
The processing of your personal data will be carried out using appropriate paper, electronic, and/or telematic tools (Art. 4 Privacy Code and Art. 4 No.2 GDPR) and will be stored in full compliance with security measures and kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and for the time periods provided by law for the retention of administrative, accounting, and tax documents at 21.10 SRL – Via Montonale Basso 5G – 25015 Desenzano del Garda (BS).
Provision of data and consequences of refusal
The provision of your personal data is optional.
Disclosure of data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in Art. 2:

These subjects will process the data as independent data controllers. Your personal data are used solely for the purpose of performing the Controller’s services or activities and are disclosed to third parties only when necessary for that purpose.
Data subject’s rights
With regard to the above processing (Art. 15 GDPR), you have the right to:
- obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you exist, their updating, rectification, or, where interested, integration;
- request the erasure or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
Security
The data are stored and controlled through the adoption of appropriate preventive security measures, designed to minimize the risk of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, or processing not permitted or inconsistent with the purposes for which the processing is carried out.
